Piccola gemma, un po’ nascosta, sulla montanara all’altezza di Fontanelice. Locale arredato con gusto, anche se un po’ freddino, che propone una cucina che si discosta dal cliché della zona. Piatti che raccontano un incontro tra sapori e culture diverse, accostamenti a volte arditi ma riusciti. Sapori nuovi che esaltano i prodotti del territorio. Insomma, qualcosa di nuovo in zona. L’uovo con dolce di cipolla è molto interessante, sapore che ricorda un’ottima soupe d’onion, forse il comtè voleva più stagionato ma sono gusti personali, il piatto è comunque ben equilibrato. Ottimi anche i pici con ossobuco e cavolo nero: piatto saporito e gustoso. Dolci top. Molto ma molto interessante la carta dei vini, dove sono presenti delle belle etichette. Una tal proposta richiederebbe un sommelier un po’ più preciso. Ad ogni modo il servizio è stato nel complesso molto positivo.

Esperienza davvero piacevole. Il ristorante offre un ambiente accogliente e intimo, perfetto per una cena rilassata. Il personale è preparato, gentile e sempre disponibile, ma mai invadente.
